Land clearing and grading on a residential lot located near Immokalee Park. The property was heavily overgrown, with uneven ground and drainage issues caused by seasonal rain. The goal was to create a stable, clean foundation for a new mobile home setup.
Turning Raw Land into a Build-Ready Lot
When we arrived, the area was covered in thick brush and soft soil.
We cleared the entire lot, removed surface roots, and reshaped the terrain for proper runoff. Once compacted, the ground reached the right elevation for utility access and slab installation.
The project wrapped up on schedule, and the client could move forward with the next construction phase immediately after inspection.
