Our crew cleared vegetation, removed stumps/roots, and trucked all debris off-site. Using a skid steer with laser receiver and a CAT excavator, we imported select fill, built the house pad, and rough-graded the yard to shed water away from the future foundation.We cut swales to the side property lines, compacted the pad in lifts, and left the lot clean for the surveyor and concrete team.

We opened up a 0.6-acre lot in Immokalee, FL for a new build. The site was thick with palmetto, scrub, and a few small pines. Our crew cleared the vegetation, pulled stumps and roots, and hauled the debris off-site. With a CAT 320 excavator, a skid steer with root rake, and grade control, we cut and filled to rough grade, shaping the pad and establishing clean drainage falls toward the street. We preserved the trees marked to remain, kept access open for trucks, and left silt fence/erosion control in place. The pad finished within ±0.10 ft of plan, ready for survey and compaction testing.
