With a CAT 320 excavator, a skid steer with root rake, and grade control, we cut and filled to rough grade, shaping the pad and establishing clean drainage falls toward the street. We preserved the trees marked to remain, kept access open for trucks, and left silt fence/erosion control in place. The pad finished within ±0.10 ft of plan, ready for survey and compaction testing.
