Lehigh Acres — Driveway & Final Grade

Lehigh Acres — Driveway & Final GradeWe opened vehicular access and left the lot sod-ready in Lehigh Acres, FL. Scope started with subgrade cut and compaction, spot geotextile placement over weak areas, then a layered base using #57 limestone/ABC, compacted to ≈98% Modified Proctor. The driveway was graded to shed toward the street with a smooth tie-in to the asphalt and confined edges. We finished with a final grade across the front and side yards to direct runoff to the existing swales, preventing ponding near the home.

Bonita Springs — Lot Clearing & Pad Prep

We prepared a residential lot in Bonita Springs, FL for a new slab-on-grade home. The parcel had light brush, a few palms, and a shallow low spot holding water after storms. Our crew cleared vegetation, removed stumps/roots, and trucked all debris off-site. Using a skid steer with laser receiver and a CAT excavator, we imported select fill, built the house pad, and rough-graded the yard to shed water away from the future foundation. We cut swales to the side property lines, compacted the pad in lifts, and left the lot clean for the surveyor and concrete team.
Immokalee — Land Clearing & Rough GradeExcavationsLand Clearing

Immokalee — Land Clearing & Rough Grade

We opened up a 0.6-acre lot in Immokalee, FL for a new build. The site was thick with palmetto, scrub, and a few small pines. Our crew cleared the vegetation, pulled stumps and roots, and hauled the debris off-site. With a CAT 320 excavator, a skid steer with root rake, and grade control, we cut and filled to rough grade, shaping the pad and establishing clean drainage falls toward the street. We preserved the trees marked to remain, kept access open for trucks, and left silt fence/erosion control in place. The pad finished within ±0.10 ft of plan, ready for survey and compaction testing.
